First Italian Aufguss Championship 2007

On the 24th March 2007 the "1st Italian Aufguss Championship" was organized, at Cron4 Brunico (BZ) with the participation of 13 Aufgussmeister and their aim was to convince, in the 7 minutes available, the 8 members of the Jury and the guests of the sauna of their own "art of celebrating the Aufguss", without music and show.

THREE ASSESSMENT CRITERIA USED IN THIS CHAMPIONSHIP:

1. Wave technique (Technik)
2. Essential oils (Essenzen)
3. Silence & Comfort (Erholung & Ruhe)

The winner of the first edition of the Italian Aufguss Championship 2007, was a Aufgussmeister from South Tyrol, Andreas Kofler, at that time still unknown to the world of Aufguss, but it was only the first of a series of successes that gave him international fame.
